Join us learn about the lives and importance of local bees and pollination.
Detailed Description:
Did you know that one third of the food in our supermarkets would disappear if we lost our bees?
Please join us for an informative conversation about honey bees with local beekeeper and DC Advisory Board Member, Ann Murray.  We will present many opportunities to learn about the fascinating lives of these vital pollinators. Discussion will include the role of bees in our environment, the importance of products from the hive, and a question/answer period.  Handouts and honey tasting included! All ages welcome!
