Meet John Pinchbeck, Ridgefield Tree Warden discuss the many species of trees, some of them historic, in our own Ballard Park. The five acre park was donated to the town from the estate of Elizabeth Ballard in 1964.  It includes stately trees, formal gardens, ornamental shrubs and flowers that reflect the changes of the seasons.  It is a popular location for recreation and relaxation. Come learn about its biggest plants.  Plus all attendees will receive a map of the park and a seedling tree to plant.

Admission is Free

What to bring:  Dress comfortable with walking shoes and a water bottle
