Take a tour of the Majestic trees of Ballard Park with Tree Warden John Pinchbeck. Learn their identity and care. In addition, he will touch on the best trees for homeowner landscaping.

Ballard Park is known for its majestic trees and springtime is a great time to see and learn about them.  This spectacular walk will remind everyone about the importance of trees and how to appreciate them and how to better take care of them. Topics include tree identification, notable trees, flowering trees, native plants, pests and disease, suggestions for best trees for the home landscape and more. Join Tree Warden John Pinchbeck on this an awe-inspiring and inspirational walk!

Fee:  Free

Location:  Ballard Park, Main Street, Ridgefield - across from the Ridgefield Library.  Meet at the gazebo (pictured)
