Detailed Description:

Although Tai Chi was originally a Martial Art it is mainly practiced today as an excellent form of exercise with many health benefits. The words Tai Chi Chuan loosely translates to Supreme Ultimate Exercise or Skill.  This 700 year exercise utilizes breathing, visualizations and movements to work the entire body all at once.

Join  Bil Mikulewicz, a long time volunteer of the Discovery Center, as he explains its history, myths and legends, and some of the medical benefits to people of all ages.
