Come Join us for a tour of the mid-November night sky. This time of year, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune can be viewed along with star clusters and much more. All Ages Welcome!
Detailed Description:

Early in the evening, rising in the east is Jupiter beginning its nightly trek.  When viewed through a telescope, its moon show off brightly.  Not far from Jupiter are the Pleiades, "The Seven Sisters" a star cluster that has been featured in different cultural myths throughout the centuries.  Also, close by is the constellation Auriga, "The Charioteer".  Within it is Capella, an unusual multiple star system which is among the brightest stars in the night sky and can be confused easily with Jupiter.  Through a telescope, Neptune and Uranus can also be viewed this time of year.  Come join in the fun of cruising through the mid-November night sky.
